This Privacy Policy describes how 3D Architectural Solutions (“3DAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the EDIT by DIY Render application (the “Service”).
Controller: 3D Architectural Solutions (3DAS)
Address: Miromar Design Center, 10800 Corkscrew Road, Suite 382, Estero, FL 33928, United States
Phone (Naples): 239-580-6899
Privacy inquiries: 3d@3das.com
This policy applies to information processed when you use the Service, including websites and hosts such as edit.diyrender.com and related development or staging environments. It does not govern third-party sites we link to (for example, your Google Cloud console or the DIY Render customer portal). Those sites have their own policies.
Account and authentication. Where login is required, we use Auth0, Inc. to authenticate you. We may receive an account identifier (such as an Auth0 subject ID) and profile elements that Auth0 shares with our application according to your login method and our configuration. We use this to operate accounts, enforce access, and sync usage data with our backend.
Usage, billing, and limits. Our servers may process data such as generation counts, wallet or credit balance flags, subscription status, role, and similar account metadata returned from authenticated endpoints. This helps us enforce fair use and deliver paid tiers.
Content you submit. When you use AI features, your prompts, images, masks, and related inputs may be transmitted to Google (Gemini / Google Generative AI) and, for certain features (for example, upscaling or models hosted on Replicate), to Replicate and underlying model providers. That processing may occur directly from your browser to Google when you use your own API key, or through our application servers and proxies (for example, services hosted on Google Cloud).
API keys you store locally. If you choose to save a Google API key in your browser (or load one from Google AI Studio), that key remains on your device unless you or the application sends it to our servers as part of a request. You control that choice; we encourage you to treat API keys as secrets.
Analytics and diagnostics. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) on the Service; measurement IDs or tags may be present in our pages. Where configured, we use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) for product analytics. PostHog may use cookies and local storage; we configure product analytics without session replay by default in our codebase. We may associate analytics identifiers with your Auth0 subject ID when login is required, to understand product usage in aggregate.
Technical logs. Like most web services, we and our hosting providers may collect server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, request paths) for security, debugging, and compliance. Retention periods vary by system; contact 3d@3das.com for more detail.
Support and feedback. If you contact us or submit feedback, we process the contents of your message and contact details you provide. We retain such communications as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records unless a longer period is required by law.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on one or more of: contract (to provide the Service you request); legitimate interests (to secure the Service, understand usage, and improve features, balanced against your rights); and consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies or marketing, if we use them). You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We share information with service providers who process it on our instructions:
We may also share information if we believe disclosure is required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to applicable law.
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact 3d@3das.com regarding data processing agreements where applicable.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
3DAS systems: Prompts, images, and masks sent through our application servers or proxies are processed only to complete your request and are not retained for product purposes after the request finishes. Anonymized text data (prompts with identifiers removed) may be used to improve our models and applications. Operational logs (timestamps, paths, errors) are retained for 90 days.
Third-party AI providers: Google and Replicate process inputs under their terms and retention practices. We do not control whether they log, cache, or use data for model improvement. See §6 and their linked policies.
Account metadata is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit where standard for web services and access controls for production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Contact 3d@3das.com. If you use Auth0 login, you may also manage some profile data through your identity provider or Auth0’s interfaces.
Account deletion. Email support@diyrender.com from your account email with subject “Account deletion request.” We verify identity manually and complete deletion of account metadata we control within 30 days. Subscriptions should be cancelled in the customer portal first where applicable. Billing/tax records may be retained as required by law (7 years). Data stored only in your browser must be cleared locally; we cannot remote-delete it.
California residents. If the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act applies, you may have additional rights regarding personal information and sensitive personal information, including opt-out of sale/sharing (we do not “sell” personal information in the conventional sense, but analytics cookies may constitute “sharing” under California law). Contact 3d@3das.com to exercise applicable rights.
Do Not Track. There is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track”; we treat privacy choices as required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact 3d@3das.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

3D Architectural Solutions (“3DAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the EDIT by DIY Render web application (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Where the Service requires login, authentication may be provided through Auth0, Inc. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at 3d@3das.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Service is an AI-assisted image editing and generation tool. Features may include editing with Google Gemini models, upscaling or generation through Replicate and related infrastructure, reference-based generation, session-based undo/redo history in your browser, and optional usage or subscription management through our customer portal (for example, portal.diyrender.com and environment-specific variants).
AI outputs are experimental. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that outputs will be error-free. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (including legal, medical, or engineering advice). You are solely responsible for how you use outputs.
Your inputs. You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, photos, prompts, and masks). To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative outputs from your content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, enforce these terms, and comply with law. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.
AI outputs. Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable law, and to the extent we hold any rights in outputs generated for you through the Service (including edits, upscales, and other generated images), we hereby assign those rights to you. We do not claim ownership of your outputs as a condition of using the Service. You may use outputs for lawful purposes, including commercial use, consistent with these terms and any third-party provider terms (see §5). You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users; outputs may not be unique and may not be copyrightable or otherwise protectable in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before use and for compliance with disclosure, listing, and advertising rules that apply to you.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your use does not violate law or third-party rights. You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute unlawful content; malware; content that infringes intellectual property; non-consensual intimate imagery; or content intended to harass, defraud, or harm others.
To provide core functionality, your prompts and images may be sent to Google (for example, Gemini / Google Generative AI) and to Replicate and related model providers, including through proxies or servers we operate (such as on Google Cloud). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security practices, or outputs.
If you choose to supply your own Google API key (for example via Google AI Studio integration or local storage in your browser), your relationship with Google for that usage (including billing, quotas, and compliance) is governed by Google’s terms and policies in addition to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for any charges or misuse associated with it.
You agree not to: (a) probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service without authorization; (b) overload or disrupt the Service; (c) circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls; (d) reverse engineer the Service except to the extent permitted by law; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent; or (f) use the Service in violation of export control, sanctions, or other applicable laws.
Pay-as-you-go (EDIT retail). Standard EDIT use is billed per successful generation from a prepaid wallet. You add funds when you choose; there is no required monthly or annual subscription for retail use. Wallet top-ups are one-time charges. Unused wallet balance may expire after the period stated at purchase or in your portal account (currently up to two (2) years from the date of purchase where stated). Failed generations are not charged where our product policy so provides.
Subscriptions and other paid plans. Certain offerings (for example, agency, pooled, or tiered plans) may be sold as recurring subscriptions or fixed-term plans through our customer portal (portal.diyrender.com) and payment processors. Payment card data is not collected in the EDIT web application itself. Specific price, term, and tax details are shown at checkout and in your portal account.
Automatic renewal. If you purchase a plan that automatically renews, the following applies in addition to checkout disclosures: (a) your plan renews for successive periods of the same length as your initial term (for example, monthly or annual) at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes, unless you cancel before the renewal date; (b) we charge the payment method on file on each renewal date; (c) you may cancel at any time via your portal account or by emailing 3d@3das.com from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access through that period unless we suspend or terminate under these terms; (d) where required by law (including for certain annual plans in California and New York), we provide renewal reminders and/or obtain affirmative consent before charging a renewal; and (e) if we change renewal pricing, we will give notice as required by law or in your portal before the change applies to your next renewal.
If you dispute a charge, contact 3d@3das.com before initiating a chargeback where reasonable.
The Service, its branding, and our software are owned by us or our licensors. AI outputs generated for you are addressed in §4. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these terms (including output assignment in §4), we reserve all rights. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
